How to Order

Please read our Terms of Service and FAQ before placing your order.

1. Make Your Order: Choose your size and share details such as meaningful flowers, colours, or personal symbolism.
2. Confirmation of Details: We will confirm everything carefully before painting begins.
3. Painting Time: Minimum 3 business days, depending on the arrangement.
4. Approval: Upon completion, we will send you a photograph of the finished painting for your approval. If you do not approve the painting (for any reason): we cancel the order and refund 50% of the total price, retaining 50% as a non‑refundable creation fee for time and materials. 
5. Shipping: Packaged securely and gift‑wrapped with care.

Expected Delivery Time: 1–4 weeks depending on your request.
